UPVC fascias, soffits and guttering installation in Downswood

Our fitters have just completed replacing all the fascias, soffits and guttering on this detached house in Downswood with white UPVC.

The team also replaced the cladding on the front and rear of the house with UPVC shiplap in white to give the property a fresh new look.

UPVC Fascias, soffits, guttering and cladding installation details

Traditional scaffolding was erected to one side of this house due to limited access to enable the replacement of the bargeboards and soffits on the gable end.

Once all the old roofline material was removed our fitters installed white 18mm fascia board, white tongue and groove soffit board and white UPVC ogee guttering with square downpipes.

The cladding on the front and rear of the property also required improvement so this was removed replaced with UPVC shiplap cladding. This instantly gave the property a fresh new look to match the new roofline.
